Karol experienced her first yoga class when she was 14 years old. Besides working as Yoga teacher, Karol is a passionate practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and surf.
She is a certified Yoga teacher, recognized by Yoga Allicance and Yoga European Association, and she obtaind her diploma at Arhanta Yoga Ashram in The Netherlands. She is instructed in the Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Anatomy, Yoga & Vedic Philosophy.
Karol's yoga classes are structured and dynamic and provide a safe atmosphere.
Karol has more than 2000 hours of yoga experience.
Guiba offers structure, security and tranquility you can gradually discover your inner strength. Guiba gives various workshops and training in the field of personal development and nonduality coaching.
Guiba is also a NLP practitioner and a personal coach, Yin and Hatha Yoga teacher. He has graduated at Arhanta Yoga Ashram in the Netherlands and is certified by Yoga Alliance and Yoga European Association. He is instructed in the Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Anatomy, Yoga & Vedic Philosophy.
